Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door This game is about Mario going on an adventure to find Princess Peach and a hidden treasure. Peach finds a magical map in a town called Rogueport. The map shows the way to the Thousand-Year Door, which hides a big secret. Mario goes to Rogueport and learns that he needs to collect seven Crystal Stars to open the door.

During his journey, he meets new friends who help him in battles. At the same time, a bad group called the X-Nauts captures Peach. Their leader wants to use her to bring back a powerful demon called the Shadow Queen. Mario collects all the Crystal Stars and reaches the final place to save Peach.
